Home Video – Ocean’s Eleven

After a craptastic day of work, and after dinner, I settled on something to watch. I open up Netflix, and was very happy that Ocean’s Eleven. It’s a feel good movie. And also the only movie that I’ve ever ever watched with the DVD commentary on. It’s an amazing no think movie. It’s a feel good movie for sure.

It’s nice to just sit back and let the stress of the day just slide off of me. It was a long day with a few bad things that happened. Hopefully tomorrow, we’ll craft a plan to figure it all out.

Back to the movie!

Thunder only happens when it’s raining

Happy Thursday everyone. Again, I slept until my alarm went off. I was slightly awake early, but I powered through it and went back to sleep without even looking to see what time it was.

Today at 8am, I’m going to try to register to get my COVID shot. We’ll see if I can. Today the province opens registration to people 44+. Well, I’m only 43, but my birthday is soon. We’ll see if the system will let me register.

Yesterday was a pretty ok day. Work went well, I had a phone meeting with a client, which turned out pretty good and gave me an afternoon of work.

Today will almost be like a vacation day. BossLady is in CapitolCity, so we’ll only have to talk to her on the phone today.

Everybody needs a bosom for a pillow

Good morning everyone! Guess what happened? Guess. Come on, guess. I slept until both alarms went off today. Well, my phone went off, in the living room, then a minute later my alarm clock went off.

It feels good to sleep in.

Yesterday, went very smoothly for a Tuesday. It was weird. Tuesday’s never go that easy. Hopefully the rest of the week will be just as nice.

This is a win. I’m very proud of the jury for the verdict. Now, hopefully he’ll stay alive for the next 8 weeks, so he can be sentenced.

Ok coffee time. Happy hump day everyone!

Sing me a song of a lass that is gone

It’s a day that ends in y, so that means I was up before my alarm. Again. I’m going to have to get an alarm clock for the bedroom, I think I’m just going to have to shut the alarm on my phone off.

If that last paragraph reads weird, I’m just not awake yet. Don’t you worry, the coffee is just about ready to consume.

Yesterday was ok. I went to SlightlyBiggerTown to pick up some odds and ends. Did that in about an hour. I just too my time though. It was nice to be out of the house for a couple of hours.

I dropped the truck off at Shady Acres when I delivered my moms stuff that she wanted. Then just walked home. I turned on Netflix, and spent the rest of the day/evening watching Outlander.

Looking out the window, and it’s supposed to be spring. Why, then, and I staring at freshly fallen snow. I’m really really tired of the white stuff. It’s not funny anymore.

But I digress. It’s time for coffee, and contemplation. Hap hap happy Tuesday y’all.

Awake! Thinking I slept in, i got up, feeling rested. Spoiler alarm – I didn’t sleep in. In fact, I have 10 minutes before my alarm goes off.

Not impressed.

I think in the last two weeks my alarm has actually woken me up once or twice.

Today, I’m driving into SlightyBiggerTown for some groceries. Other than that, I don’t have too much else to do today. Tomorrow is work, but today is a freebie.

Some good news – it’s not snowing outside! It’s just cold. It’s currently -7c. So for now, I’m gonna hangout inside, where it’s warm and drink some coffee.

It’s a good day, to have a good day.
