‘Cause the boy with the cold hard cash is always Mister Right

Good morning party people! I’m up a little early today. The family wanted to go on a road trip to CaptialCity. I’m not one to turn down a free lunch, so I’m getting ready to go. I should receive a text around 8am telling me they’re on the way to pick me up.

I got up a little earlier to get some coffee into me, so I can be a functional member of society. It’s all good I’ll probably be in the passenger seat so I’ll be able to take some pictures out of the window.

I got up this morning and it was dark and a little chilly. It should slowly warm up throughout the day, but I don’t think it’ll hit positive temps. That’s ok, the Big Dog truck has heat – the downside of the Big Dog Truck is that the XM radio is tuned to “Willy’s Roadhouse”. Old school country.

Ok let’s get dressed and get some coffee on the inside. Happy Saturday y’all!

Trust I seek and I find in you everyday for us something new

Good morning everyone, guess what? We made it to Friyay! It’s been a long haul, but we find ourselves on the precipice of the weekend!

I got a text from my mom asking if maybe I wanted to go on a drive this weekend. Up to CapitalCity. I explained that it was between paychecks, so I had no need to go. But I said if they wanted me there, I’d come for the ride, and the free lunch. I’m sure I’ll find out sometime today.

I’ll be digging my heavier winter jacket back out of the closet, because it’s wicked windy out, and is about -14🦫 with the wind. I’m not impressed, but knew this was going to happen, so it’s ok.

The coffee is ready so I’m gonna get a cup of it. Happy Friyay everyone! Make it a fetch day!

Ice is back with my brand new invention

Good morning everyone. I slept like the dead. I don’t think I even moved once I got comfortable. Then suddenly the alarm went off, and here we are.

It’s a grey windy day out there this morning. It’s supposed to rain, or at least drizzle today sometime.

I’ll take it. It’s not snowing, so that’s a good thing for sure.

I made a yummy dinner last night – chicken Alfredo. It’s been a while since I made that, so it was really good.

But I’m gonna finish this cup of coffee and refill it. It’s almost the weekend. I can taste it!

Good morning everyone. I’m a little behind. Usually, the night before I have the song lyrics and an image uploaded for the mornings post. I forgot to do that last night.

So here we are.

Welcome to Wednesday. The day of humps. I just have to survive this next shift, and BossLady will be at her trade show in CapitalCity for the weekend.

It wasn’t a bad day yesterday. Like I told Crystal, tue day went quickly. In the moment it moved very slowly until suddenly it was 4:48 and I was close to leaving. I left on time!

Ok I have coffee, and the bed is made. Let’s start the day!

Life is demanding without understanding I saw the sign and it opened up my eyes

Good morning, friends. I hope y’all had a good sleep. It’s back to work this fine morning. I was up a little early, just to see what time it was, and I rolled over – then the alarm went off. I’m still trying to wake up.

The weekend was a good relaxing weekend. I didn’t do a lot. Just puttered around the flat.

It’s starting to get warmer and stay above or at freezing here through the night. The snow is melting quickly. I figure if the temps stay like this, there won’t be too much snow here.

That’s a good thing. I’m ready for spring. Even though the allergies will be coming back. That’s ok, I’ll deal with it. I’m just happy that the weather is getting warmer and warmer.

Ok, I’m going to suck back some coffee and try to wake up. Let’s go Monday. I mean Tuesday.
