Good morning! Welcome to Monday. It’s gray and chilly out this morning. It’s my free day, nothing planned for today. I’m going to really just kick back and relax.
I had a pretty good sleep last night. I think I only got up once. The alarm didn’t scare me, but surprised me when it went off this morning. The last couple of weeks, I was expecting it to go off.
Coffee.
The trees are starting to change colour here. Fall is in the air.
Winter is coming.
We’re in the thick of the weekend now. We’re up to our knees in the weekend. Today is chore day, so you know the drill. In an hour or so, laundry will be started.
It’s a grey morning out there and I don’t hear any birds chirping today. But it looks like it might be an ok day out there.
I’ll be heading to Shady Acres early to pick apples. They have a tree in the back yard, and it’s full of very ripe apples. My mom has been drying apples all week.
But first things first; coffee.

Hey hey party people! Welcome to the weekend. My weekend will start at 2pm when I pump walk out of work.

A bit of a better sleep. Still really tossy turny, but I think that’s just me trying to find a position I can both sleep and breathe in.
I woke up at 6:57. It felt like in those three minutes before my alarm went off – I slept for hours. It was nice.
My local news is actually live from New York, and they’re reciting all the names from 9/11.

Yea my friends, it is Friyay!
We made it! I have two shifts between me and the weekend! I have to say I had a much better sleep. Yeah, I was still up a few times, but from 3am on, I slept. And slept til the alarm went off.
That’s a good thing for sure. I’m pretty sure I’m just really tossy turny the two or three times I woke up, only once was to get up and go to the bathroom. The other two times were to wrestle the weighted blanket back up where it was supposed to be.
But first; coffee.
And a surprise trip to the bathroom, so let’s start the day!!
Awake. It’s Thursday, the red headed step child of the week. I tried an experiment last night. I’ve been cold all night because I put the fan so it blows right on me, not moving. Last night I put it so it blew away from me. No dice. I was way too warm all night. On the plus side, I only got up 2 or 3 times in the night.
The coffee is brewing, and the sun is slowly coming up. I’m dressed, and ready to greet the day.
Ok, enough sitting around, let’s get this day started.
