I think the temperature changed or something. After about 4:30-5am, it felt like I got colder or something. I think I tried to burrito. I definitely felt a lot cooler when I woke up.

So that just means I have to have my coffee extra hot this morning. It’s brewing right now.

Yesterday was good. I was all by myself in the office. We’re closed on Tuesdays, except to do paperwork, and catch up on the weekend. I answered emails, Facebook comments, unloaded trucks, cleaned. It was a really good day. Today, NewGirl is back, and we have to open today.

And I have to be chatty.

But for now, I have to drink coffee, and wake up. Happy hump day!

Good morning, happy Monday! I was all snuggled and warm when the alarm went off and I had to get up and be cold. It’s a little chilly (I think) in the house this am.

Wait. It’s not Monday. According to my phone, it’s Tuesday. Well, at least it’s not Monday. Amirite? It’s terrible that I thought it was Monday today.

But it’s not. I think I’m all alone in the office today. BossLady with be heading to BigCity, and NewGirl took a personal day.

But I have some coffee, and the morning news. Are we sure it’s not Monday? It feels like a Monday. Have a good day y’all

Lockup Library questions for you guys

Hey book nerds. I’m sitting here wracking my brain to figure out what to post – bookish stuff.

I’ll admit, I have no idea what I’m doing here. It’s hard to know if what I am doing is right. I get no feed back from people reading. At this point I don’t even know if people are reading what I write.

I post stuff looking for feedback, or some sort of interaction. I get nothing. EDIT: the last 10 book posts (at least 4 asked for feed back) I got NO comments. Nothing. Nathan. Nada. It’s very frustrating.

What do you guys want to see?

I post for me, I really really do. I do however hope for some interaction. It’s hard to spend time and energy into book blogging when people just scroll by. Do I need flashier graphics? I don’t know. I think I will keep posting about book stuff. I probably should learn how to link back to people and all that stuff.

I guess I’ll have to buckle down and continue putting out bookish content for me. And maybe, just maybe, someone will make a comment.

I was lying on the grass of Sunday morning of last week

It’s going to be a good day. Even though minutes after I woke up, I had to have conversations with my mom. I can’t talk in the morning when I’m not awake. Please don’t talk past the “good morning” greeting please. I can’t form words beyond that.

But I have coffee.

I passed right out last night. When I was making my bed this morning, I noticed I pushed deep into Crystal’s side of the bed. So I pulled my body pillow back to my side.

It should be a quiet day today. It’s Monday, solarerer today I’ll put on another episode of Sherlock. Mom likes it. I haven’t seen them for a long time. Or, I’ll put on OutLander. A long time ago, my mom had the first 2 seasons on the DVR, but for some reason my dad deleted them. So maybe we’ll watch an episode or two of that.

And possibly sometime after dinner I’m thinking, I may have to go and help load the trailer, because BossLady is travelling to BigCity for the next couple of days, and will be dropping a customers order off. She can’t do it all by herself, so I offered to help. I told her to text me and I’d be right down.

Book Club – Confessions on the 7:45

Hey hey, book nerds! Welcome to another book club post. It’s mostly apologizing again, for not having the time this week. I started it last week about got maybe 20% through the first half of the book.

The book that I’ve chosen for January is Confessions on the 7:45 by Lisa Unger.

I’m sort of enjoying it. I don’t know though. I’m gonna stick through it though. Because that’s what I do. No books not finished this year. It does grab my attention. I just have to get in the reading zone again.
