Sweet you rock and sweet you roll

Good morning, greeting from a gray and foggy TinyTown. my poor succulents, haha. They won’t have to be watered for a month with the amount of water they’ve received in the last 2 days.

The coffee is brewing.

I think I had a good sleep last night. I started on top all the blankets because it was so hot last night, when the alarm went off, I was under one layer. I don’t remember getting under them.

Last night I was over at Shady Acres, and I set up their chromecast, and hooked them up with my login information for Netflix.

I can’t wait to get the help me text message or phone calls when they can’t figure something out.

Ok coffee is ready, so I’m gonna go and get some. Happy Monday everyone!

Hike up your skirt a little more, and show your world to me

We survived the torrential rains from yesterday. As soon as I walked out of work at 2pm, it started to rain. It rained for a couple of hours, then pretty much drizzled for the rest of the evening. It was a nice break in the heat.

But the heat is forecasted to come back with a vengeance today with a high of 98 freedom units or 37 beaver units. It’s gonna be a hot one today.

But right now, it’s totally comfortable outside. I moved the succulents back outside to dry out. As luck would have it, I watered them the night before, so of course it would rain the next day! That’s always how it is!

Today, we’ll it’s chore day, and then dinner at Shady Acres. I’ll be setting up the chromecast and Netflix for my dad this afternoon. He’s pretty good with technology, so he should be able to figure it out pretty fast.

But I’m gonna go, the coffee is ready. Happy weekend everyone!

Sweet like candy to my soul

Good morning, everyone! Happy Saturday! All that stands between me and the weekend is 5 measly hours at work.

The coffee is brewing, the front door is open to get some of that sweet morning air in here. It’s currently 17, with a high of 32. It’s gonna get hot fast today.

After work, I have to go up to Shady Acres and grab the truck – it’s grocery day today. The drive to SlightlyBiggerTown will be in AC. There’s no AC at work. It was like an oven yesterday. So warm.

But right now, it’s coolish, and the coffee is ready. Let’s start today. Have a great Saturday everyone!

Slide off my clothes from New York down by your Virginia

It’s a hazy type day out. I don’t know if it’s due to any of the wild fires, or just cloud cover, but I think it’s gonna be a hot one. Cue Buster Poindexter, and start singing Hot hot hot.

Also, I do believe that it’s Friyay! That’s right, two shifts, or 12 hours until the weekend! Yep the weekend is so close that I can almost taste it.

Wait, maybe what I can almost taste is coffee? Well, that too. The coffee is almost ready. Today there’s a high of 34c, or 93 freedom units today. Spicy!

Ok, enough idle chit chat. Pitter patter, let’s get at er. Happy Friday everyone! FRIDAY!

With a load of iron ore twenty-six thousand tons more

Good morning class. I was up slightly before my alarm. The birds sounded like they were singing the song of their people right outside my window. And I was chilly. You see it was warm last night so I only got under the top layer of blankets. When I’m 3/4 asleep I’m not a smart man, and the thought never even entered my brain to get under all the blankets.

But, I digress.

I’m up and the coffee is brewing. Today is Thursday – the red headed stepchild of the week. One good thing about today; it’s pay day.

Yay capitalism!

BossLady is back today, but just for today we think. She’s trying to get into the states. Her daughter is competing in a rodeo, and she wants to go and cheer her on. The rodeo starts on Sunday. I don’t know if she’s fully vaccinated yet.

So who knows what’s going to happen.

I know what’s gonna happen right now: coffee time! I’m out *drops mike
