Hello darkness my old friend

So, after over a year, I retired another pair of very comfy Adidas sneakers. I put it off for a couple of extra months, until I noticed the soles starting to rip away from the shoes.

I know that I should’ve tossed them at the beginning of summer, when I got my new shoes, but I felt they could still be used.

They’ve been good to me, and I really tried to find another pair of them, because they were so very comfortable.

But, alas, earwax, they had to be thrown out.

Hopefully, when I need a new pair of shoes, I’ll be able to find the Adidas again.

And I saddle up my horse and I ride into the city

Good morning! So far it’s a bright and sunny morning. But according, to my weather app, it’s supposed to rain for most of the day. Hopefully, it won’t. But you never know here in the prairies.

I took my mom to the rodeo yesterday. Being better prepared, we arrived about 20 minutes before it started. We found some seats and settled in to watch.

We had a blast. The announcer was really good, explaining what the next event would be, and telling us what the cowboys would be doing.

Let’s just say – wow! These events moved so fast, at times it was hard to keep up. Especially the barrel racers. Each run was finished in seconds. So crazy!

It didn’t even feel like 3 hours to be honest. It was just pure clean fun.

I can’t wait to take Crystal to a rodeo. I think she’d have a blast. The only downfall that I noticed, there was no place to buy a souvenir. I wanted a cool hat or a t-shirt.

Other than that, it was a blast!

This club will hopefully be closed in three weeks that would be cool with me

Good morning everyone! It’s an overcast morning here so far, but the birds are singing, and hopefully, it’ll get sunnier, and warmer out before I take my mom to the rodeo this afternoon.

Speaking of the rodeo, I took my dad yesterday. Kind of a disappointment. We caught the tail end of the demolition derby, but were two hours early for the actual rodeo. I was hoping for a place to buy a souvenir. But there were only food shacks and a beer garden. So we left.

Hopefully it’ll be better today – watching the actual rodeo. Even if she doesn’t want to go, I’m gonna go and check it out.

But before I can play, I have to work. In about an hour, I’ll start all the chores. However before I can do that, coffee first.

Happy Sunday all you cool cats!

See before I made a lil’ noise well baby this summer is loud

Good morning my friends, the birds are singing and the sun is shining. It’s the perfect day to go to a rodeo!

Yehaw!

I’m mainlining coffee this morning. I had a really good sleep. I was out like a light and I had Pippin snuggles. I don’t know when she came in, but she was right next to me when I woke up. She’s currently in the front windows watching the birds on the lawn. Only one has come up while she’s been right by the feeder.

So I just have to survive the morning shift at work then I’m off. I have to remember before I go to work, I have to close the curtains or it’ll be wicked warm in the flat.

But first – coffee.

Golf buggy, Kawasaki, catch a fish, sushi, maki, livin’ life

Good morning party people! It’s Friyay!! Pippin almost got me up about 45 minutes early. But I ignored her to the best of my ability, and slept until the alarm went off.

Coffee has been brewed and I’m consuming it it now. Gosh, it tastes good this morning. It’s bright and sunny today, and I don’t think that we’re expecting rain, so that’s a good thing for sure!

Rodeo tomorrow, I’m starting to get excited.

Get hype?!

Either way there’s gonna be pictures! I like to take pictures.

But right now, I gotta mainline coffee to wake up. Friyay!!
