Good Monday morning my friends. I’m awake. When the alarm went off this morning, it felt, for just a second, that I had slept in, and the alarm had been going off for a while. It wasn’t, and Pippin and I were a little surprised by the alarm going off.

It’s Monday. The calm before the storm of work. I’m just not going to think about it! It’s a day off, so let’s enjoy the freedom of the day.

And that’s what I think I’ll do!

But first, I need to wake up, and let the ol eyes focus. The coffee will help.

Good morning motherbitches! It’s a bright and sunny day out there. Perfect for ignoring, and doing chores! Yep that’s right, it’s chore day! I’m a weirdo, I actually like doing chores. I really do.

The times don’t really count, but I usually follow them.

See, I told you I’m a little weird! I mostly ignore the times. The task list is just so I remember to get all the chores completed. Sometimes Pippin helps, sometimes she’s asleep and I can get the bathroom cleaned, and she doesn’t notice.

But before the flurry of activity, there’s coffee to be consumed. And that what I have beside me. Big ol mug o coffee. Also, die Katzenprinzessin is on my lap, cinnamon rolled, and “sleeping”.

Let’s kick today in the nuts!

Well, so far, it’s a bright and sunny day. According to my trust weather app, it’s supposed to just be a gray day today. A lot cooler than the last couple of days, only hitting the mid 60s today.

Good morning! Happy Saturday! I have nothing planned for today. I know it’s far off, but I gotta figure out what I’m going to me having for dinner tonight.

I slept pretty good last night. Under all the blankets. Some time in the middle of the night, I had to go and use the bathroom. Then I just got under the top blanket, because I was warm.

I woke up when the alarm went off, just a little cold. But the coffee is warming me up. on the tv, reruns of Dateline. Maybe I’ll go through my book cases, and see if there’s any I want to drop off at the second hand store. We’ll see. Like I said, no plans today. The day is mine.

So let’s start the day!

With the Furies breathing down your neck

Good morning! Happy Friyay! It’s the end of the week, and I found out very late in the work day yesterday, I’ll be working by myself today! That’s a pretty cool thing for sure.

Speaking of yesterday, me and NewNewGirl did some deliveries. It was 90 out. So it was hot and sweaty. But, we got it done.

Nothing much more to report. It’s pretty much the same here, day in and day out. But it’s still good. It looks like it’s gonna be a nice day out, but just a little breezy. Which is fine by me.

Coffee, and the news this morning. My neck has been stiff all week, hopefully that works itself out sometime today.

So let’s get the day started, so it can finish already. Let’s work for the weekend!

Ain’t got no picture postcards, ain’t got no souvenirs

So last night, I went to sleep in pain. Finally sometime in the night I got up and took some Advil. I realized that I’m probably too old to wear Vans all day. From the knees down, it was just pain and uncomfortableness. The Advil helped me fall back asleep.

I woke up with Pippin snuggled right in. Right next to my face. She’s a good girl.

Coffee has been brewed and is being consumed right now. It looks like it’s gonna be a nice day. It’s sunny and feels warm outside.
