Good morning my friends. We’re up, and I’m trying to get both of my eyes to focus. We were both up a little early this morning. My theory is that it’s because I have to go to work today. So that’s why I was awake.

Either way, it’s Tuesday morning. It’s windy out there, making it feel colder than it actually is. It’s supposed to be windy for most, if not the whole day.

Yay wind.

I had a really good day yesterday. We pretty much played BotW yesterday. We both opened up more of the map. We both explored. We both went to a wedding. We capped off the day by watching the season finale of Breaking Bad.

But it’s back to work today. Let’s do it! We’re slowly inching closer to the weekend! Boom! Let’s do this!

Awake! I woke up just 4 minutes before the alarm this morning. I suspect that since I have work tomorrow morning, I’ll probably be awake at some ungodly hour. I hope that I’ll sleep all the way. We’ll see.

It’s bright, clear, and warmish out there. Let the melt, and freeze begin. I hope that this is the last major snow fall. I’m starting to get tired of the snow, and the crunch under my feet.

Today is brunch day. I’m going out of my comfort zone, and instead of bacon and eggs, I’m making bacon, and waffles this morning. I bought what we needed on Friday. So later on this morning, I’ll be cooking.

Chaucer wants in my lap, and I don’t want him on it yet. I need to go to the bathroom, and we both need more coffee. Happy Monday everyone.

Oh before I go, I woke up thinking about BotW. Fun times, right?

I can see paradise by the dashboard light

Good morning, party people. It’s dig out day. Surprisingly, the town has plows out clearing the streets this morning. I don’t think I’ve seen or heard plows out on a Sunday before. We’ll be starting to dig out, and chores a little later. I’d like to wake up a little first.

It’s bright clear and sunny out. Big difference from yesterday where it was blowing snow. There’s no wind or very little wind out there. Where the side walk is, just a large large drift. I haven’t been able to look to see how bad the tuck is buried. But we’ll dig that out too.

Yesterday was a total bonus day. We didn’t get dressed, and all we did was play BotW. It was great. I stumbled into new areas, and Crystal did some awesome flying in one area. Twice. Because I asked her to do the exact same thing on my game as she did on hers. She did it with a twist. She Leroy Jenkins an entire area, and came out of it unscathed.

She’s the bestest.

Ok let’s get some coffee, wake up. Let’s kick today in the nuts. Have an awesome Sunday everyone!

Taken roughly at the same time, 24 hours apart.

Good morning my snowy friends. It’s been blowing and snowing pretty much the whole night. It doesn’t look like a lot fell in the night. I know a lot has. It’s the wind, it’s drifting all over the place. It’ll be fun to shovel later. The Poi Pit has completely disappeared. There’s still about 12 hours of the storm to go through.

BossLady is on vacation. And she was asking for updates yesterday. I explained what was going on and how much we were expected. I had been planning on showing up to work this morning, but also planned on if the boss wanted the store closed.

Notice was put.

So we went out for dinner last night. The night cook asked if we wanted the “usual”. I said know and told her what my mom said. When we were over last Sunday. Mom was saying how the night cook told her that she liked it when they come because they always order something different, unlike me, who just orders the same thing every week.

I told her this and told her I want a menu, and I demand satisfaction. We all laughed, and I ordered something completely different for my usual. It was very good. She’s an excellent cook, and once again, we totally enjoyed our time there. The food was excellent.

After dinner we came home, and I fired up the Switch, changed users and hopped into my account to play some Breath of the Wild. I didn’t really have a plan, but Crystal wanted to help get me a tower and a shrine. I always happen to find myself exploring, in the dark, and some of the times under a blood moon. Hey, it’s to keep it exciting.

After that tower and the shrine, I wanted to explore a little more. I wandered around and found myself in the Lost Woods. I got lost once or twice, then BOOM! Master Sword. Long story short, I couldn’t raise it. I need more heart containers. But I know where it is. I got one or two shrines after that, and called it a night.

I’m getting there. Slowly but surely.

Maybe we’ll play today.

Because, we’re not going anywhere today.

Because of the snow.

You see that featured image? That’s the before. We’ll see what the outside looks like tomorrow at the same time.

Yes, we’re expecting snow. Just under a foot. It’s been going up and down over the last couple of days. It’s been going up and down over the last couple of hours as well. But pretty close to a foot. We’ll see how much we actually get.

Good morning my friends. It’s the day we’re always waiting for – FRIYAY! So far the plan is to still go out for date night. The night cook made a comment to my parents the last time they were there, saying how much she loves it when my parents come in because they always order something different. So I’ll be demanding a menu when I come in.

I’ll order something different tonight.

I just have to make it though work for the day. I’ll deal with tomorrow, tomorrow.
