That’s when the DJ dropped my favorite tune

Good morning my friends. The sun is shining, and it doesn’t feel that cold out. It looks like it could be a pretty nice day out there.

Today is chore day. I guess we started that yesterday, as we cleaned up the living room, and moved some books around. Crystal made fun of me, because we moved my Twilight books to a shelf where I can’t see them now. I asked her how can I gaze upon these books whenever I want?

Yep, she laughed and laughed about my quandary. They’re currently on a shelf hidden behind the light, but I have the paperbacks on the entertainment console.

Yesterday was a lazy lazy day here after all the organization that we did in the living room. Crystal fired up BotW, and decided to completely jump into the end game, and decided on a sneaky yet somewhat full frontal assault on Castle Hyrule. Whereas when I played hours later, I didn’t do that. That damn castle scares the bejesus out of me. I did a couple cheap ass side quests that didn’t take me any closer to the castle than I had to.

Scares me.

Like I said, today is chore day. But coffee first. Let’s do this.

Saturday night, I feel the air is getting hot like you baby

It’s bright and sunny here. There’s no wind that I can feel. It’s just chilly. But it’s supposed to be warmer sometime today. It’s almost -30 with the wind. Nasty! But it’s ok. From what people tell me, winter is coming.

Yesterday started out just the way I thought it would. I was putting on my deodorant, and the inside piece that actually holds the deodorant, fell out mid swipe, and of course falls into the cat litter. Yay. It’s gonna be a good day.

All the fires that I worked on putting out Thursday, were all put out by the time Friday afternoon rolled around. It was a slowish day, but BossLady was in prime form – no time management whatsoever. But we made it through, and I left for the weekend.

Date night! Continuing my food adventure at the diner, I ordered a club sandwich and an order of fries. The cook came out and after cracking some jokes at my expense, and me cracking some at her expense, informed me that she wasn’t informed that they were out of turkey. She suggested a fix, but didn’t know if it would taste good, and suggested, if I wanted to, to change my order. I changed it to a BLT. And as she was walking back to the kitchen said I should ask her for extra bacon for my troubles.

I did. And she said, ok she could do that.

We were supposed to go grocery shopping today, but yesterday while I was at work staring at the clock – so about 4:19 my mom texted and asked if we wanted to go to CapitalCity on Monday. I told her that I’d ask Crystal and I’d message her back in a little while. After asking Crystal, I texted her back and asked if we could do some grocery shopping at Walmart. After hearing that yes we’d be stopping there, we agreed.

Road trip!

A free trip to CapitalCity. Probably lunch being paid for as well, and I’ll see if we can stop at ValueVillage as well for a few moments. It should be a good trip.

But right now, Dateline, coffee, and tiny kitten snuggles. Happy Saturday, bitches!

I got a jones for your affection like a monkey on my back

Good morning mes amis. We’ve made it to Friyay! Just one shift separates me and the weekend. Yesterday was a busy day. In the morning, I put out fires, and it went quickly. In the afternoon it was a little slower, but all the fires I was putting out yesterday morning came to fruition and by the time I left, everything was pretty ok.

Plus I cleaned out the back room, and moved a clients items out to the outside storage. That gave us some breathing room. Yay!

Tonight is date night, I can’t wait to try another food experience at the local restaurant. I don’t know what I’ll have, but I know it’ll be pretty good.

But right now, coffee please. LET THE WEEKEND BEGIN!

Good morning everyone! Happy Thursday! The red-headed step child of the week. I don’t know about you, but to me this week has been moving wicked slow. And I’m not liking that feeling.

BossLady came back yesterday from her vacation. She didn’t come in all gang busters like she usually does. It was a nice break. I brought her up to speed on what had been going on over the last week.

Before she got in yesterday, I ran and grabbed the mail. Some fliers, and some bills, but in my personal post office box there was a package. A package for me!

It finally came in. After taking the slowest possible boat from china, my phone case finally appeared. It’s real and it’s glorious.

Ok, let’s hope that today moves a hello a lot faster than yesterday. Catch you on the flip side!

Where have all the good men gone and where are all the gods?

Hey hey. Caught a quiet moment where I could quickly write about the fun that is The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

SPOILER ALERT

You have been warned.

This game is a blast!

It’s so overwhelming, but I’ve found that if you just choose one or two things to do per session, it’s a lot easier to swallow.

Yesterday, I got enough hearts to pull out the Master Sword. I was so excited that I forgot to get screen grabs. So I had to find some.

Omg so freaking awesome!

I think I might need a new category for TinyTown Video Games!
