Been pushing through a crowd on an empty street

Hello and welcome to Tuesday. It’s back to work day here. Let’s make it a good day! The coffee is brewing, and Simone Biles is out of the Olympics for some reason.

I had a pretty good sleep last night. I think it was the perfect temperature to sleep to last night. I was just under one blanket, but it was enough.

I didn’t do anything yesterday. It was really nice, but by the end of the day, I was ready to go back to work. And it’s finally a short week as I have Saturday off. Then another 2 weeks of working Saturdays.

The coffee is ready that means it’s time to start the day. Catch y’all on the flip side my friends.

Awake. Groggy. Stuffed up. I’m here, I’m awake, and it’s Monday. But I slept through the night, only getting up once in the night. We have an excessive heat warning today with highs in reaching 90 or 32 today.

Yay heat.

But right now coffee is brewing, and I can’t wait for it to be ready.

I don’t have a plan for anything today. Other than just staying cool. We’ll see what today brings.

Over on the mountain, thunder magic spoke

Finally a day off! Woot! And my allergies are going crazy. I was awoken in the night, sometime in the night, with a small sneezing fit. I refused to get out of bed though. I sneezed 3 or 4 times, and fell back asleep.

Coffee is brewing, and it’s chore day. In about an hour I’ll have laundry to do and cleaning around the flat. I could start now, but I’d like to get some coffee in me first. And maybe an allergy pill too.

Watching some olympics. Basketball right now. But they’ll bounce around giving highlights. Right now it’s France vs USA and it’s all tied up. The stand are empty, and all you can hear are the sneaker sounds on the court. It’s weird. No crowd noise or anything.

Let’s all have a great Saturday and sit in awe of our lord and saviour, Jesus H. Christ. Or at least his emissary on earth, Justin Trudeau. Amirite?

Good sunny Saturday! I was a little tossy turny before my alarm went off because I was so stuffed up. Went I finally got up, I stood up, and my nose started to leak right away.

God, I love allergies.

So I’m up, dressed, and the coffee is ready. I’ll get my nose under control and before I head off to work, I’ll take an allergy pill.

But first coffee.

After work yesterday, I took mail up to Shady Acres, then came home. I watched an episode of The Movies That Made Us on Netflix, when it was just about over I got a text from mom to come up and help dad with his iPad.

I explained I would do what I can, as I don’t have a lot of experience with iCloud. I went up verified that dad had done everything, to be safe, I backed everything up – it’s a brand now iPad Pro, and it’s not charging past 7%. He’s driving into CapitalCity to turn it in. They said he could and they’d mail him out a brand new one. His is brand new.

Ok enough words, it’s time for coffee!

It’s gonna be a hot one today. I think the humidity is pretty much gonzo, bring on the heat. It’s Friyay, and I have today and tomorrow between me and the weekend. The coffee is brewing and I’m mostly awake, I think.

The Olympics have kicked off, and from what the news is saying – it’s gonna be a super spreader. Good times. I think that they should’ve made a bubble all athletes should’ve been there a month or so. But what do I know? I’m just a hick from nowhere.

So everyone, let’s kick Friyay in the nuts and have a great day. Today is a good day, to have a good day. Let’s do this!!
