Good morning, I think it’s Saturday today, so we have that going for us, which is nice. It’s a bright, clear morning. I have NPR on, and coffee is just about ready.

Today I’m road tripping to BiggerCity. I’ll probably be leaving in little over an hour. 2.5 hours, and I’ll find myself in a Walmart. Fun, right? I think so.

Coffee is ready.

I have to remember to put up the barricade, because Toaster is scheduled to vacuum this morning. I bet if you ask him, he’s a little excited.

But I have to start to get ready. Happy Saturday everyone!

Good morning! The birds are singing, and it’s a Good Friday in the making. Coffee is brewing. I had shit my alarm off, in hopes that I’d sleep in. Oh, I did sleep in. Until 7:17.

Yesterday was pretty boring, if I do say so. My internet appointment was an all day appointment. 8-5. Around 3, I get a call from dispatch, saying that it wouldn’t happen, but they could fit me in (doing me a favour) on Tuesday. I pushed back, asking if non of their techs wanted some overtime. I told them I didn’t want to have to take another day off. Within 45 minutes I had a tech out and, in 20 minutes after that, I had internet.

Today, I’m gonna text my mom to see if they want some company to SlightlyBiggerTown. I got nothing going on. It’ll be fun and I might find some random stuff at the grocery store.

But now, I have coffee, and some news playing from the GlobalTv app. It’s not as good as the CTV news I used to watch, but it’s some news. Happy Friyay everyone!

Yawn. Good morning everyone. I’m awake, I swear I am. Just not fully awake yet. You know, I’m still trying to focus my eyes.

This is the “last full day” at Shady Acres. This time tomorrow, I’ll be loading my final load into the truck. I’m excited. I’m gonna look at this positively. This is a great thing!

It’s bright and sunny outside. No wind ( yay!), and about -18c, with a high of -2 today. Tomorrow, I believe it’s a high of 14 or 15c.

The weather girl on the local news, just said nails on fleek. Lmao I haven’t heard that in forever!

And on that note, happy hump day, and have a safe and happy middle of the week!

I’m awake, I’m awake. I woke up believing that it was Wednesday.

It is not Wednesday.

But that’s ok. The coffee is brewing.

The wind outside is still wicked. I’ll probably be driving in today. Yes, yes I know. I’m literally a block and a half away from work. The driving in was Mom’s idea.

I don’t have a lot of anything else to talk about this morning, so I won’t overstay my welcome. Have an awesome Tuesday everyone! Shawshank, out!

Think I’ll slip on down to the oasis

Good morning everyone! I believe the weather here is going to be a shit show. We’ve already hit our high for the day, and according to my weather app, the snow should be starting around 6 tonight. I’ll believe it when it starts to snow, though.

I slept pretty ok last night. Tossy turny, but that’s because I’m on a day bed, and I think I follow the blankets that were sliding off the bed. It was ok. I think I feel rested. We’ll see.

Not too much on tap today. My mom and gramma are heading to SlightlyBiggerTown to have some service done on my dads truck. I’ll probably head over to the flat and read for a while.

I have some coffee, and now I’ll start the wake up process. I hope that today will be a great day for everyone. Happy Monday y’all.
