So, yesterday. Yesterday morning, after moving my plants around outside, I was coming back inside while trying to dodge a wasp or something, the top of my foot connected with the bottom of the screen door. That hurt. My foot was somewhat stiff all day. It’s cool I can deal with that. After work I was helping my parents get a new to them recliner for my dad. We’re moving the old one out of the house and it slipped out of my dads hand, and the corner of the recliner landed right on top of my foot.

Oh god the pain. I limped home. Limped around for the rest of the night. It’s not too bad right now. Just really stiff.

But I digress.

It’s coffee time. Happy Thursday! Let’s have a great day!

Somebody up there’s lookin’ out for a sinner like me

Morning. Happy Wednesday everyone. The weekend is getting closer and closer, isn’t it? It’s a gray day out, but the birds are singing. We have another air quality alarm day here due to the wild fires a couple of provinces over.

The coffee is brewing, and I’m dressed and ready to greet the day. Hello day. There, that’s out of the way.

Yesterday, I noticed one of my succulents was missing. Someone or something took a baby succulent. That makes me sad. That little succulent was starting to live. Well, it hadn’t died yet. It was going to do big things. Now we’ll never know.

Coffee is ready so I’m gonna go and get me some. Have a good Wednesday everyone.

Awake! I actually woke up around 6, just to see what time it was. Then I rolled over and closed my eyes again. A split second later, the alarm went off.

So now I’m awake, dressed and the coffee is brewing. It’s another hazy day here. The news is on. Let’s start the day.

Back to work today. It’s been a nice weekend to just decompress.

You’re a shotgun – bang! What’s up with that thang?

It’s quiet here. Sure the birds are singing, but other than that – nothing. Then I remember that it’s a holiday here. Happy Saskatchewan day. Due to the holiday, the town is still sleeping here.

I woke up, and fell back asleep 2 minutes before my alarm this morning. It was a good sleep. A little chilly, but for the most part perfect temp for a sleep. It was a good sleep. I don’t think I tost or turned last night. I passed right out.

Nothing really planned for today. All the chores got taken care of yesterday. The only plan I have so far is some coffee. And as luck would have it, just finished brewing.

Oh! I brought my peppers up to Shady Acres and pickled some peppers last night! It was a fast recipe that Crystal found as I was walking there yesterday. Hopefully they taste good! We’ll find out at a later time!

sunday, Sunday… SUNDAY! Good morning and welcome to my crib. Let me show you around. I trust everyone had a good sleep. I had a pretty good one, although just a little chilly. That’s ok, because it’s supposed to be a hot one here. So I’ll take a little chilly.

The coffee is brewed, and sitting in a cup next to me. And the Olympic recap is on TV – right now it’s men’s gymnastics. The floor show. I’m not impressed that Russia was banned, yet they’re still competing. They’re just not competing under the Russian flag. Which is stupid in my eyes. You’re banned, you shouldn’t be competing.

But I digress.

It’s chore day here and after my first cup of coffee, I’ll be starting laundry and cleaning the bathroom, and kitchen, but I also can’t forget to dust.
