Ugh it’s way to early for this. I have to be up at Shady Acres at 7:30. So I set my phone alarm for 6:30 and took advantage of a 10 foot charging cable and stretched it out so it was on the floor almost in my room.
I’ve been up on and off since 4:30 – up just long enough to see what time it was and roll over and go back to sleep.
This coffee can’t brew fast enough.
I’ll try and post about the weekend as a whole tomorrow, right now I just want coffee.
Good morning all you party people! It’s Saturday, and today that means I’m going on a road trip! Woot! I’m getting out of dodge for the morning/afternoon.
Yep, I’m going to a populated town! Fast food for lunch. Then a quick trip to a bathroom, and then grocery shopping, and then a trip to Value Village!
Who’s excited!?

But first the coffee is brewing and the morning news show is on!
Now all I have to do is get dressed. How do you dress for a day that stays out at 11c, but is supposed to end up at 32c? I’ll let y’all ponder that.

Happy Friyay! We made it! It’s been a long weeks hasn’t it? I think it’s almost been a week from hell, but without the heat.
I think it’s heavy sweater weather today.
I don’t have a lot to report today I just want to get through today, and get ready for a multiple road trip weekend. One road trip for me, and a road trip with the rest of the family.

I was just about to write happy Friyay everyone. But then I realized we couldn’t be that lucky! NewGirl has managed to keep her job, there’s that. She spent the whole day on the phones touching base and following up with all her clients – all the things she should’ve been doing the last 3 months.
Anywayyyyys. It’s Thursday, it’s raining and grey here, and I’m wearing a sweater. Coffee is brewing and the news is on.
Yesterday I send out a box of newspapers and I retesting things to Crystal. I think she’ll enjoy the neat stuff in there.
