Good morning my friends, it’s a gray Thursday here, we’re expecting about a millimetre of rain sometime today. That’s ok, that’s saves me from watering the plants that are outside.

I slept pretty good. Slowly but surely, Pippin is getting used to sleeping until the alarm goes off. She was up around 6, tried to get me up. But she came back and tried to snuggle and sleep.

We’re both up, I have coffee and she’s eaten, so in this moment, all is right in her world.

Let’s hope that today flies by! Let’s get it done!

Blame it on Ice Cube, because he said it gets funky

Good morning! Happy hump day! It’s a bright and sunny morning here so far. I slept like the dead last night, even Pippin couldn’t wake me until just a few minutes before the alarm went off.

It was a good day yesterday, let’s see if we can continue the goodness through out today as well.

I have coffee, and a kitten fighting for my attention, so let’s get this day started! Viva la coffee!

I’d like to see you wiggle, wiggle, for sure

Good morning party people! Hap hap happy Tuesday y’all! It’s bright and sunny here, hopefully it stays like this all day.

Coffee is brewing, and I love fed the kitten. She’s eaten and has climbed up on my lap. She was trying her claws on the back of my neck this morning, so I’m sure the early morning snuggles are her way of apologizing for that.

It was a really nice weekend, busier than my normal weekends, but that’s ok. It was nice to get out of the flat a couple of times to do different things. I’ve been to a new town, and up to the greenhouse for some nice plants.

I have to say, I make a damn fine cup of coffee!

I slept for just about the whole night! I only got up once in the night, and quickly fell back to sleep. Let’s just say that the alarm woke us up, and not a playful kitten wanting attention and food.

It was glorious.

Not too much on deck today. I have to finish the chores that I didn’t do yesterday. All I have to do is the bathroom. I didn’t want to do it yesterday.

Then probably later this morning, mom and I will be heading to the local greenhouse. Yesterday, I prepped the pot for new succulents, and BossLady got me a gift certificate for there, so that’ll lighten the load for the purchase.

But first, coffee.

So far it is a sunny day, but the weather app says it’s supposed to cloud over today. I hope it doesn’t. We’ve had more subpar days than nice warm days.

So it goes.

But for now, I have a lap warmer laying on top of me, and I have a nice steaming cup of coffee. Happy Monday everyone!

I don’t want your maggoty fish they’re no good for winter

Happy Sunday, mein friends! It’s a beautiful day outside, even if it’s just a little breezy out. Looks like it’ll be a nice day here in TinyTown. The town hasn’t woken up yet, as I hear no lawn mowers yet. Sundays here are quiet. Wait, I’m lying. Most days are quiet here but, Sundays even more so.

That’s not a bad thing.

Yesterday, it was a mom son day. We drove into another province, and hit up a second hand store that usually isn’t open on Saturdays, but it was a town wide yard sale, so they opened for that.

after the second hand store we went for lunch, and I enjoyed a “spicy” chicken sandwich. It was good, don’t get me wrong. I really liked it. I wouldn’t have called it spicy, but the flavour was really good.

After that, we went grocery shopping in a swanky Co-op, and I found some foam cat toys that the little monster likes. I bought the two packs that they had, and was very happy that I found them. Pippin will be happy when I let her play with them.

Today is a lazy day. I just have my usual chores to do. I’ll start them in an hour or so. I have to have coffee first though.
