Sleigh bells ring, are you listening?

Good morning everyone. Happy Tuesday. I slept like the dead last night. I think I even had dreams. They’re fading quickly. At this point, I just know I had them. I’m pretty sure they’re a Law & Order related. We’ve been watching a lot of Law & Order lately.

Coffee has been brewed, cats have been fed. Chaucer is watching a big truck go by, and Pippin is just using me as a jungle gym.

We didn’t do a whole lot yesterday. Around 9ish, I got up and dressed, and walked to the auto parts store to buy some oil for the Hot Mess Express. Got the oil in it, and it cleaned off and warmed up. After that, we just went to the little grocery store to get some staple foods, then came back and I cooked us some brunch.

We just watched tv in the couch and snuggled all afternoon and into the evening.

But today is a new day. Up and at them! Let’s do this!

In the summertime, when the weather is high you can stretch right up and touch the sky

Good morning from north of the wall. It snowed and blowed pretty much all day yesterday. We chose to not leave the house, and we ended up finishing Amazon’s Rings of Power. I enjoyed it. It started off a little slow, but once it found it’s footing, it took right off.

I currently have a tiny little kitten in my lap. Pippin jumped up pretty much as soon as I sat down. She was on my lap for most of the day yesterday. It was nice. I covered her with a blanket so she wouldn’t get cold.

I slept pretty good last night. Pretty much as soon as my head hit the pillow, and after some adjustments, I was out like a light.

We’re sitting and having some coffee. It’s a nice morning so far. There’s just a light wind, but it’s supposed to get windy again, and then it’s supposed to snow more.

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

Good morning my fronds. I’ve been up on and off since probably 5am when Chaucer wanted a kitty rave. So after he was done, I cleaned it up, and looked out the window. There’s a dusting of snow, and you can hear the wind.

I’m gonna need coffee before we leave. In order to time everything right, we’ll probably be leaving around 8:30, that way once we make it to the Paris of the Prairies, the gas station will be open and we’ll be able to get gas.

Weather wise, it doesn’t look bad out there at all, it’s just windy

Whatever happened to Saturday night?

Oh, hello there. Good morning how’s it going? I think I slept through the night. If I didn’t I should’ve. It was a long day yesterday. Lots of moving furniture around. My back is very very twitchy this morning.

So twitchy I was told to take an Advil. So I took an Advil. It was a busy day. So much so, I called in the big guns – Crystal came in to paint some signs, and stayed to help move stuff around. We snuck out at 5 while BossLady had a customer.

Back at it today. But today is only a 4 hour shift. We’re open later today, but BossLady will be there from 2-6. Well, she’s who she is, so she’ll be late. I assured her that I wouldn’t close the shop at 2, I would wait for her to get there.

I have Pippin on my lap. She’s gonna be upset when I have to get up in a second to go to the bathroom. Chaucer is already waiting in the wings to get on a lap.

It’s a very pretty sunrise today. Crystal loves seeing the sunrises and sunsets. I think she looks forward to them each day.

Tomorrow, the plan is to head on up to CapitalCity. That should be a fun day. We have a few stops we want to go to, and the main event of the day – Value Village. That’s what I’m looking forward to. I have a Twilight collection to complete.

Ooh you make my motor run, my motor run

Good morning party people! We made it! It’s finally Friyay! A big ol coffee cup salute to this glorious day. All that stands before me and the weekend is today, and the short shift tomorrow! It’s been a long ass week, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Slept okish. Up very briefly at 1, and maybe 3. And rolled over and saw that it was six, but it was so brief, I saw the time, and went right back to sleep. The bed temp was pretty close to 100% awesome.

I’m stiff and sore this morning. The last three days, all I’ve really done is move furniture. I’ll be moving more today. BossLady basically told a customer that they had agreed to buying something, and that we have it in writing. So she’ll be stopping by this morning to pay for and to pick up her merch. Sometimes it takes the boss to be calling these people. There’s only so much that we can do, as regular wage slaves.

Coffee. Coffee is good.
