I got to say, this sounds a little beyond anything I’m used to

Good morning my friends. It’s Sunday, and it’s dark out. I had a kitten sleeping on my hip this morning. She even stayed when I rolled on to my back, but just for a couple of more minutes. Then she jumped off.

Yesterday was a good day. We got up, and enjoyed some coffee. Then we headed out to SlightlyBiggerTown for groceries. And just to get out of the house. We got everything we needed, but we forgot the cat food. We should have enough to make it to Wednesday. I hope. Part of me is seriously thinking to quickly pop back to SlightlyBiggerTown tomorrow and grab some.

We’ll see how the levels are tomorrow.

But, today is chore day, and for the first time in a long time, it’s hair dying day! Well, technically, it’s hair bleaching day – but it’s almost the samething.

But before all the fun, we’re waking up. Well, I am waking up. Crystal has been up for a couple of hours already. From what she said the kitties were playing and snuggling, then playing the chasy chasy game, then back to snuggling a little.

I didn’t feel, or hear a thing.

I’ll kick you out of my home if you don’t cut that hair

Awake! It’s completely dark out. The sun is still sleeping. It’s a little breezy outside, doesn’t feel too cold out there. When my head hit the pillow, I was out totally until my alarm went off this morning. Crystal wasn’t as lucky, I felt her get out of bed, I just didn’t know what time.

It was around 5 or 5:30, she said. I’ll have to find a nature show to put on this afternoon, so she can nap a little. She deserves a nappy nap.

She turned the coffee on, so it was like those coffee commercials, except the brewing didn’t wake me up. I would’ve gotten up if she woke me. I’d have snuggled her on the couch. So I’ll try and give her a nap this afternoon.

I think we had a really good date night. Crystal gave her painting to the restaurant, and I think, she might be a co-owner loved it, and said that she might take a picture and send it to the other owner. She thought it was really cool.

After dinner, I drove out of town so Crystal could spin in near complete darkness. It was so cool. The few minutes that we were out there, I got a couple of videos and a handful of stills for her.

Prepping for greatness

Nothing much planned for today. Once the sun wakes up, there will be some more movement, and even after that, we’ll get dressed and head out to SlightlyBiggerTown for some groceries and other items.

Then I’ll cook Crystal a yummy dinner and we’ll snuggle on the couch. Then another day will be in the books.

But I’m getting a head of myself. Would you like a coffee?

A-just a-choogling on down to New Orleans

Good morning everyone, finally it’s Friyay! I had a pretty good sleep. It wasn’t too bad. I was up a little early, and then light sleeps until the alarm went off. I don’t think I was up too early, but it felt like an hour until the alarm went off.

I’m glad the week is almost over. It’s been a terribly long week. BossLady came back with a vengeance. She’s trying to stuff two to three weeks of work into one week. Yesterday was the first and only day this week that all three of us were in the store.

It was 100% work all day. From everyone. There wasn’t a lot of conversation it was just head down and work. Today, it’s just me and BossLady. We’ll be heading over to the shit-show that is the warehouse. That should be fun.

But right now, it’s coffee and contemplation. And a chance to get the ol eyes to focus again.

I come from downtown, born ready for you

I think it’s going to be one of those days today. I was a little stoned last night, and went through my going to bed checklist. I didn’t even notice that I didn’t put the dishes away, or make the coffee. So I had to make the coffee this morning in a Fuck it, I’ll do it live moment.

Good morning, happy Thanksgiving! We’ll, in the USA, up north of the wall, it’s simply Thursday. It’s still dark outside, but feels warmish. We’ll as warm as it can feel outside. It looks like it might be a nice day out there, once the sun comes up.

I slept like the dead last night. Right up until around 6:30, where I transition to the lightest sleep possible, while still calling it sleep. The last half hour is so nice, Crystal snuggles up close and we wake up in each others arms. It’s very romantic.

Then she farts adjacent to Pippin as she’s playing the footsie game. It’s cute to watch Pippin fix jump on her toes. It’s starting to be a wake up tradition.

The coffee is hot and tasty. So let’s get the day started! Happy Thursday! It is Thursday, right? Happy Thursday!

If you want to destroy my sweater (whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa)

Good morning everyone. It’s a dark Wednesday morning here. Dark, but it’s not too cold out. I’m sure more melting will happen today. We’re currently in a warm spell. By this time next week, it’ll be below freezing again.

I slept ok last night. I think I only woke up once or twice. I know at one point I woke up and looked at the clock around 5, then I was out again until around 6:45ish. It wasn’t a bad sleep, just waking up in the night sucks.

The kittens have been fed, and Chaucer is waiting patiently to get on the couch. He’s currently loafed on the pirate chest. I also think he’s looking to where Pippin is. She’s just wandering around doing Pippin things.

I made a really good pot of coffee this morning. I mean, really good. It’s hot, and yummy. Only a couple of more days I til the weekend, and I cannot wait!
