Finally. Finally it’s Friyay. It’s been a wicked long week. Or at least it feels like it’s been wicked long. The days this week, just didn’t seem like they were moving at any speed other than slow.

We both crashed last night. I think I was really only up just a few minutes before the alarm went off this morning. It was warm and snuggly with Pippin in between us, and Chaucer just wandered up and down us this morning. But all is right in his world now – he’s been fed.

It’s warmish out there, with a high of -1 today. But it’s supposed to be very windy all day. I’ll take it. I’d rather have it warmish, over freezing your balls off. It’s practically tropical out there.

Crystal finally got her Valentine’s Day present yesterday. I picked it up, and since it was somewhat quiet in the office, I quickly wrapped it, and brought it home on lunch. Let me just say that she loves it. That makes me very happy to know that she loves it.

First thing we’d climb a tree and maybe then we’d talk

I think this is the first time this week, that I managed to sleep all night. I only really woke up about 10 minutes before the alarm went off. Good morning, my friends. Welcome to Thursday – the red-headed step child of the week.

It’s almost the weekend. It may not feel like it, but the week is slowly moving to the weekend. The coffee has been brewed, and we’re watching the news.

Crystal made a wonderful dinner last night. Brussels sprouts and chicken chunks. It was very good. I ate my fill, and only had a piece or two of chicken left. After dinner, I helped Crystal wash her make up brushes, and we decided what she’d wear today for her photo shoot. With that out of the way, we retired to the living room for the evening festivities.

Today, back to work. BossLady is out on the road for the next two days. I think we’re working out on the sales floor today – more organizing and making things look pretty. Fun times.

But before that, let’s have some coffee. Happy Thursday everyone!

Nocturnal creatures are not so prudent – the moon’s my teacher and I’m her student

Good morning my friends. The week is slowly moving forward. It was a slow ass day yesterday. BossLady didn’t come in, because she had personal stuff to take care of. I took care of the work stuff. There was a few hours worth of work that I took care of.

Just before lunch, Crystal said a package had arrived at the post office. At the same time a package arrived at the store. The package that was supposed to be here Friday. So I popped over to the post office, and asked for the package. They were just printing out all the package labels. They knew just where the package was and passed it to me. Then I went to lunch.

Crystal was very happy with both of the packages and gave me a huge hug. Very happy!

After work, I watched Crystal play some Legend of Zelda, and then we drove – it was freaking cold. -22🦫 with the wind. Over to the restaurant and had our romantic dinner. She had the cordon bleu, and I had the prime rib. Not too shady. I enjoyed my meal.

Now we’re sitting here watching the news and enjoying kitty snuggles. I think everyone is in the office today. Full house! So pour some more coffee and let’s get the day started.

Look how far we’ve come, my baby

Morning. It’s dark, and cool out there this morning. I’ve been up for a while. The first time I looked at the clock, it was 3:40am. Then 4:30, 5:15, 6, and the last time I looked, it was 6:40. I just kept my eyes closed and snuggled the pile. Crystal was under there, I think Chaucer came up for a bit, before he got sick, and of course Pippin was part of the snuggle pile.

It’s Valentine’s Day. We’re going out for a romantic dinner tonight. And we’re both tracking packages. Out of four items that I’ve ordered for Crystal, 2 have arrived, one is supposed to arrive Friyay, and one that was supposed to have arrived on Friyay. Then they updated the date to yesterday, by the end of the day. Now it’s saying The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible. That doesn’t sound too promising, does it?

But we’re all up, and on the couch. Chaucer is trying to get comfortable, and Pippin is eating some breakfast. So let’s get the day started. The faster we start, the faster the end of the day will come. Happy Tuesday, happy Valentine’s Day, and good morning everyone 🙂

I slept in. I slept in, and I feel terrible about it. Crystal was up around six and just had to do some bathroom stuff, while I drooled on my pillow. I felt her leave, but I didn’t feel her come back to bed. I think I spread out and fell back asleep. I had shut the alarm off yesterday, in the hope that we’d stay asleep because we didn’t have an alarm. And we’d sleep in.

It worked. Well it worked for one of us. It was me. I was the only one that slept in.

Crystal was supposed to get a gift on Friday. It never showed up. Amazon tracking says it should’ve been delivered, but still says it’s in CapitalCity. If I take the tracking number and plug it into UPS, it says it’s currently in another province. But we’ll see if it comes today.

We don’t have too much planned today. Just going to SlightlyBiggerTown for groceries. Im sucking back coffee too wake up.
